What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the site's forms:
- Tech news newsletter: your email address, the date you signed up and the page you signed up from.
- Strategy call requests: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), location, the service you're interested in, your timeline and any project details you write.
- Job applications: your name, email, primary skill area, LinkedIn URL (optional) and the résumé file you attach.
What we don't collect
The site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal information. Your browser stores one small session flag so the opening logo animation only plays once per visit; it contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
Form submissions are emailed to our team at [email protected]. We use strategy call requests to reply to you and scope your project, and job applications to assess you for current and future roles. We don't use either for marketing lists without your permission.
Newsletter email addresses are used only to send the free tech news email you signed up for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we stop sending.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by GoDaddy, and form emails are delivered and stored through Microsoft 365. Both act as our service providers. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep strategy call requests for as long as we're discussing or delivering work with you, and job applications for up to two years so we can contact you about suitable roles. Ask us at any time and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are checked for spam and abuse, and submissions go straight to a business mailbox with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we protect your information the way we'd protect our own.
