What does a Salesforce implementation involve?

A Salesforce implementation designs and configures Salesforce around your sales and service processes, migrates your data, integrates it with your other systems, and trains your users and administrators. STEM Global does all of this and can support Salesforce afterwards.

Can you integrate Salesforce with our ERP?

Yes. We connect Salesforce to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and other systems, and quotes, orders, customers and invoices stay in sync without anyone re-keying them.

Do you only configure Salesforce or also build custom features?

Both. We use standard Salesforce features and Flow first, then build Apex and Lightning components where your process genuinely needs them.
